William Artigliere

William is a partner with Garcia & Artigliere, which is a multistate practice with a concentration in matters against assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals in cases of Elder and Dependent Adult Neglect, as well as complex consumer class action matters.


Paul Bent

Paul is a sole practitioner in downtown Long Beach.  He practices primarily as an arbitrator in commercial and business disputes.  He also handles matters of corporate law and commercial transactions, based upon his decades of experience as an investment banker and corporate financial advisor.  He frequently serves as an expert witness in matters involving commercial equipment financing, leasing, and secured lending.


Paul Carter

Paul is a Navy veteran, and published author is a partner at Bergkvist, Bergkvist & Carter, LLP, where Paul handles civil litigation primarily involving real estate matters. Paul also has a successful mediation practice. In combining his litigation and negotiation skills, Paul can effectively and efficiently achieve his clients’ goals. Representative clients range from individuals to national corporate entities.


Daniel Cooper

Daniel is a partner with Cooper and Huber LLP and acts as a fractional general counsel to privately held companies in the areas of healthcare, real estate, and general business areas. Cooper & Huber also uses a property tax expert and insurance coverage attorney that clients may find useful for their personal dealings as well. 


Kaytee Costa

Kaytee is a partner at Kjar, McKenna & Stockalper. Her practice over the last 10 years has focused on professional liability defense, including the representation of hospitals, medical groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers.


Johan Deprez

Johan is the primary attorney and founder of Deprez Tax Law, APLC, a tax-centric boutique law firm. A key focus of the practice is tax controversy matters with the IRS and FTB, providing services that range from audit defense, resolution interaction with all IRS and FTB desks, to representation at the U.S. Tax Court.  On the advisory side, Johan focusses on tax and ancillary matters in all aspects of real estate, small businesses, and cross-border situations. Johan worked as a tax attorney for the IRS, a big-four accounting firm (Deloitte), and a large multinational corporation prior to starting his own firm. Johan’s previous career as an economics professor serves him well in understanding the details of client’s businesses and developing creative strategies.


Vanessa Haberbush

Vanessa is a partner of Haberbush, LLP, which is a small law firm in Long Beach. She handles bankruptcy matters, including complex bankruptcy litigation and/or matters, debtor-creditor relations (including bankruptcy alternatives and avoiding bankruptcy), and related matters. She represents debtors and creditors (individuals and corporate).


Linda Krieger

Linda is an employment attorney, who, as of February 1, 2024, will be a partner with Ellenoff, Grossman & Schole.  She handles the defense of employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour law, trade secrets, and employment contracts, among others, as well as providing advice and counsel on the above issues.  She also serves as a neutral third-party investigator of workplace disputes.


Jennie La Rossa

Jennie is one of the original owners of Morrison, LaRossa, Price & Iturrioz, Attorneys at Law, APC. She handles cases in many areas of the law, including Divorce & Family Law, Estate and Divorce. 


Chris Lahera

Chris is the founder of the Lahera Law Office, which provides legal services in the areas of estate planning, probate, trusts, trust litigation and estate/trust administration.


Jesse Marr

Mr. Marr defends clients in catastrophic personal injury lawsuits and class actions, as well as in labor and employment and products liability matters. He specializes in representing transportation companies, retailers, and cemeteries and funeral homes.


Jessica Munoz

Jessica is a partner at Kelly, Trotter & Franzen, where she has practiced since graduating from law school in 2009.  She handles medical malpractice and elder care defense law, including representing physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.


Anna Marie Quintana

Ana Maria Quintana is Of Counsel with Leal & Trejo, providing guidance to clients, most of which are municipalities, school districts, and water boards, on varied matters, primarily in the areas of employment, real estate, CA Public Records Act and the Ralph M. Brown Act.  She is a proud member of the Southeast Community, having attended the area’s local schools. She graduated from Yale University, Columbia Law School and has a master’s degree from the Universidad de Navarra’s Faculty of Economics/Business Administration in Pamplona, Spain, where she also taught Statistics and the practice class for Theory of Probability.

Since 2011, Ana Maria has developed expertise in public law while also working as an independent real estate broker and serving on the Bell City Council. She is currently Vice-Mayor of the City of Bell where she has helped restore local government after a devastating corruption scandal. She has promoted transparency and accountability, and ensured the city serves its residents.

Mercedes Rezai is a partner of Kelly, Trotter & Franzen. She has focused her practice on medical malpractice and general liability defense defending physicians, medical groups, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other health care providers through both trial and arbitration.


Sindee Smolowitz

Sindee is Of Counsel with Velasco Law Group, providing legal services in the areas of estate planning, probate, trusts, trust litigation and estate/trust administration. Sindee has extensive experience advising members of the LGBTQI community and families with special needs children.  Sindee is a certified mediator from Strauss Institute and volunteer fee arbitrator/mediator for the State Bar and Long Beach Bar Association.
