Randall Fudge is the Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Long Beach. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Mr. Fudge handles all writs and appeals and works with the Long Beach Housing Authority to prosecute housing discrimination violations.

Prior to becoming the Assistant City Prosecutor, Mr. Fudge was a Deputy City Attorney handling civil litigation trials and appeals for the City of Long Beach relating to personal injury, civil rights, employment, contracts, nuisance, eminent domain, and First Amendment issues. Mr. Fudge has practiced in California trial courts, California Court of Appeal, California Supreme Court, federal district courts, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
