Martha V. Iturrioz, Esq. is an owner and trial partner of Morrison, LaRossa, Price & Iturrioz. 

Martha has over 40 years in the legal profession and mostly litigates divorces, paternity actions, registered domestic partnerships, child custody, child and spousal support and division of property issues.  Martha has also been appointed by the court as Minor’s Counsel on behalf of children in dissolution cases.

In addition to the above, Martha also represents our clients in other legal matters such as restraining orders, civil matters, probate administration and misdemeanor criminal cases. 

In fact, Martha recently won a $220,000 jury verdict in an automobile vs. motorcycle accident.

Martha is a member of the State Bar of California, the Long Beach Bar Association, and is a past president of the Women Lawyers of Long Beach and was a prior board member on the Long Beach Bar Association.
